Audi India launches 10-year roadside assistance for its line-up
With its human-centric strategy that emphasises customer-first approach, Audi India has announced the introduction of a complementary 10-year roadside assistance programme for its customers in India. It will be applicable to the range of Audi vehicles starting from 1 October, 2023. For this, Audi has given roadside assistance numbers: 1800-103-6800 and 1800-209-6800.
Audi 10-Year Roadside Assistance
The new 10-year roadside assistance programme will offer pan-India coverage with 365 days and 24/7 availability in the case of an emergency. The service will also provide on-side vehicle repairs, delivery of fuel, and spare keys. The roadside assistance package further includes travel or accommodation facilities, towing arrangement, and custody, storage, transportation, and safekeeping of the Audi car.
Currently, the German automaker sells A4, S5 Sportback, RS 5 Sportback, A6, A8L, Q3, Q3 Sportback, Q5, Q7, Q8, and RS Q8, along with electric vehicles (EVs), namely the e-tron GT, RS e-tron GT, Q8 e-tron Q8 Sportback e-tron.
2024 Audi Q8 and SQ8
In other news, Audi's Q8 and SQ8 recently received a mid-cycle update for the model year 2024. With this, the SUV gets subtle design tweaks, new HD Matrix LED headlamps, OLED taillamps, new wheels ranging from 21- to 23-inches, new paint jobs (Chili Red, Ascari Blue, and Sakhir Gold), new trims for interior, and Spotify and Amazon Music support, among others. There is a 231PS or 286PS 30-litre V6 diesel engine and a 340PS 3.0-litre V6 petrol motor, while the top-of-the-line SQ8 gets a 4.0-litre V8 petrol mill generating 507PS and 770Nm of torque. We expect the new 2024 Audi Q8 and SQ8 to arrive in India soon.
