Being a slightly more premium offering than the Brezza, the S-Cross offers slightly more in terms of features. That said, there aren’t many stand-out differences in terms of the equipment on offer. Maruti is offering both cars with driver side airbag and ABS as standard and top spec trims of both cars get the SmartPlay touchscreen infotainment system. Top of the line variants of both these cars feature projector headlamp units and LED daytime running lights. Additionally, Maruti will offer the Vitara Brezza with loads of customization options like a dual tone paint scheme and other visual accessories, a move that is sure to attract a lot of customers.

Maruti Vitara Brezza vs S-Cross – Design

The S-Cross looks like a jacked up hatchback, which is one of the reasons why Worldn buyers tend to look away. No such issues with the Vitara Brezza. It gets all the quintessential design traits of SUVs that give it the required look, such as the flat, high set bonnet, body cladding, short overhangs and square wheel arches. However, the tail section of both these crossovers looks a bit bland.

Step inside and you will be greeted by a sea of black as Maruti has given the cabin of the S-Cross and the Vitara Brezza the “all black” treatment. The steering wheels are identical and even the Brezza’s centre console bears more than a passing resemblance to the S-Cross’. The S-Cross gets silver highlights on the centre console and the steering while the Vitara Brezza features piano black highlights.

  3. S cross should have two varients. 1 s cross as it is with premiunness in the fornt and back. 2 s ctoss with 2000mm ground clearance with little bold ftont look. Costing should be proper . With this , on one hand scross will impact other premium crossovers and will challengs creta to a large extent.

  4. Well we are not taking about how they ride. I haven’t driven the brezza but I felt that S Cross did good for its height and all. And for me the 4 disc setup in the crossover is one thing to consider.

  5. What i’ve seen is Brezza can’t stand against S-Cross in terms of quality. More over Brezza, considering it as an SUV, should have a more powerful engine. This tiny 1.3L DDiS 200 would experience more wear in a shorter period, in Brezza.

Brezza can no way stand up with s cross.though the looks of brezza are attractive it fails utterly in driving and seating comfort.s cross cruises like a sedan and spacious like an SUV.In the matter of driving it far exceeds brezza and seating both front and rear gives one same comfort.brezza shakes on Worldn roads view height and poor centre of gravity.I don’t understand why maruti launches a lesser comfort vehicle after introducing s cross.All that glitters are not gold is an apt proverb suiting brezza.if anyone have further doubts go for a ride before make u mind.

  9. I am really very confused while buying new car between Breeza and S Cross. I feel S Cross is better than Breeza according to its specifications. But Breeza seems popular now days on road. So i am confuse, if S Cross become a flop car.

  10. I had driven S-Cross(9.7 Lac On road) and Brezza(8.7 Lac On road). In terms of Basic model (Diesel), just 1 Lac difference between the cars.
    S-Cross is excellent car in the aspect of Driving comfort-ability, great Suspension, interior spacious (Even in Boot area 2 person can sit comfortably in opposite side with the help of pillows), 4 wheel Disc brakes.

    Maruti S-Cross is best choice.

  11. We actually can’t compare the SCross with the Brezza. It’s our purpose that comes to a question while making a choice. The SCross stands with class and touch of royalty while the Brezza stands more towards the sporty and youth attraction. Although the features are almost in match, the SCross takes the advantage of a classy drive. Coming to the leg room, boot room and head room…the SCross crosses over the Brezza in all ways. The slightly cramped legroom in the Brezza proves a pull back on long drives. The ground clearance of the Brezza stands higher, but then the ultra smooth suspension quality of the Scross proves that it ain’t a need for it.
    Overall, the Scross stands a posh and royal hatchback compared to the cramped up Brezza.
    Now, many buyers sense a phase out of the Scross. Well, the SCross and Baleno along with the newly launched Ignis are the heart of the Nexa line up. So, keep those thoughts away.
    If you are looking for a family car with full comfort…go for the SCross. If you are on the youth line and wish to shoot around in punch opt for the Brezza. Both bear a proud Maruti logo…!!!

  12. S Cross is the Best car!!! compared to Brezza or Creta.
    I have Booked Honda City, Creta and S cross. Eventually landed up buying S cross (Best Car to go for) The Sales representative are very Good and brand Suzuki provide value for money. (cant compare with Hyundai who treat you as they are doing favor on us-Bad customer service)

    I have been driving cars since 15 Years Drove ( Ford, Getz and Tata Safari ) and finally driving S cross(Best till date)

  13. S Cross : Can beat any high end car in terms of speed (0-100 Km in 10 Sec)with turbo jet Engine ( 1.3 & 1.6) Best Breaking system 4 Disk Breaks, can control top speed without changing the gear.
    I enjoy racing in highway, can almost beat any suv or sedan.

    Best space in the class (its really above ordinary !!!)

  14. SCross is best, I have test drived both Brezza and Scross. Scross suspension and ride quality is superb.
    I have bought Scross and not its 10000 km driven.
