This Modified Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi is a Café Tracker Like None Other, Work of Kohlapur-based Furious Customs
The motorcycle you see in the images here is a Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi that has gone under the scalpel of Kohlapur-based Furious Customs. Surprised? At least we are, for there’s not much of the P150 left, at least not in the first glance. True, the engine, the forks, and many other cycle parts are a dead giveaway of the Pulsar genes but tell me, doesn’t think bike look like a thoroughbred Café Tracker? Basically, cafe trackers were popular in the 50s and are characterized by their straight seat, dirt tires, lightweight construction, and upright position handlebars. These are adept at high-speed cruising on the dirt tracks. Here are all the known details of this Modified Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi Café Tracker by Furious Customs.
Modified Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi Café Tracker – Design
Well, this modified Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi looks nothing like anything we’ve seen so far. Up front, you get a really fat front tire. Actually, it’s a rear tire that has been put on the front rim. The alloy wheel and the disc brake are factory-spec. Ditto for the front forks. There’s no front mudguard to give a rugged look. The bikini fairing has been replaced with a round headlamp. There’s now a bulbous red-painted fuel tank. The twin gas-charged shock absorbers have been ditched in favor of a monoshock arrangement. There’s a really long chrome-plated swingarm and this motorcycle has a flat single-seat arrangement. The rear wheel, again, has no mudguard and is fully exposed. The stock footpegs have been replaced with racy-looking aluminum units. The end-can has been removed.
